Basilica Aemilia

The remains of the Basilica Aemilia. Originally built in 179 BC by the consuls Marcus Aemilius Lepidus and Marcus Fulvius Nobilor. The basilica was destroyed in AD 410 when the Visigoths sacked Rome.
